VIP Race Pass Terms & Conditions
- You will receive an email containing a unique registration code after the purchase of your VIP Race Pass.
- You must register for each Great Southern Runs event individually and enter your VIP Race Pass registration code to receive your discounted or free race entry.
- You must select postage and diamond cover during the registration process for these options to apply (if included in your Ultimate or Platinum Pass benefits).
- Your VIP Race Pass registration code will be valid for use when entering Great Southern Runs events held within 12 months of the date of purchase.
- VIP Race Pass registration codes may be used once per Great Southern Runs event.
- VIP Race Pass registration codes are valid for use for online registrations only (normally up until midnight on the Thursday before race day) and are not valid for in-person race entries at an event.
- VIP Race Pass registration codes are transferable – if you are unable to attend an event, a friend or family member can use your code to receive discounted or free race entry along with the other benefits included with your VIP Race Pass.
- VIP Race Pass purchases are non-refundable.
- Your VIP Race Pass will automatically renew 12 months after purchase and your credit / debit card will be charged the price at the time of renewal. You will be emailed a reminder at least 7 days before your VIP Race Pass renewal date and given the option to change your VIP Race Pass level or cancel the renewal.
