Race Pack Distribution
The race pack postage option has now closed and all bibs were mailed on 29 March to ensure delivery before race weekend. Race bibs for all new registrations must be collected from Leconfield & Richard Hamilton Wines from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday 9 April or from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday 10 April.
Please note that race packs will NOT be available for collection before race start on Sunday morning.
All courses are currently provisional, subject to council and government permits being obtained.
The Leconfield Wines McLaren Vale Marathon course will be measured to AIMS standards for race day.
8 drinks stations will be located along the Leconfield Wines McLaren Vale Marathon course, providing a variety of water, lemon lime Nuun electrolyte drink and toilet facilities. Runners may carry their own sports drinks/gels. Rubbish must be deposited in the bins provided at drink stations. Littering on course will result in disqualification.

Marathon runners who wish to have their own refreshments available to collect from designated drink stations on course must drop them off at Leconfield & Richard Hamilton Wines, McLaren Vale at bib collection from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday 9 April or by 2:00 pm on Saturday 10 April.
- Drink containers are not to be any taller than 21cm in total including all attachments
- Personal drinks drop off will close at 2.00pm, Saturday 10 April
- No balloons or sticks are to be attached
- Your race number must be clearly shown on the bottle/container along with the drink station number and distance
- It is your responsibility to find your own bottle at the designated drinks station
- Rubbish must be deposited in the bins provided. Littering on course will result in disqualification.
- The personal drinks service is available to competitors in the full marathon only
Prize money will be paid to individuals and teams/clubs participating in the marathon distance event only. All amounts shown are in AUD.

Presentations for top 3 male and female marathon place-getters and marathon team champions will take place at 3:00 pm during our Presentations and Post-Race on Sunday afternoon. Award winners must be in attendance to receive trophies and prizes.
